Role Overview
Help organize and streamline communication between the various departments in our operation and their respective counterparts ie. colleagues customers suppliers and service providers.
Requirements
Well give you all the dry stuff below for formalitys sake but the person whod fit here best has the following characteristics:
Language Proficiency Fluent in both English and German.
Work Experience at least 2 years experience in a similar office management or administrative role in a fastpaced environment.
Organizational Skills The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Flexibility and Adaptability Adapt to dynamic start up environments and handle a wide spectrum of duties.
Attention to Detail No one needs to double check a task youve done its perfect the first time because you double and triple check.
ProblemSolving Ability This is what drives you to get up in the morning.
