Job Summary

The owner of this role will establish/expand and manage the presence of our company in the given geography and contribute to the growth of business. They will take responsibility of finding and retaining clients ownership of the top line and customer relationship in a competitive B to B environment. Will keep the customers updated about products development trends and supply demand gap and opportunities. Will follow a certain method to manage the business development programs along side. Attending events to build a network closely following clients feedback providing appropriate information to the suppliers and to the top management provide market intelligence checking on the quality of the product or services regularly are all tasks that this role performs. As the person grows in this role he/she will build and part of a team which is a fully functional business unit.

Key Responsibilities

Actively look for business opportunities.
Focus on prospecting and identifying opportunities to sell from the existing range of products.
Market/Customer mapping for our products
Work on identifying developing and establishing sources for new products
Attend events and meetings to expand the company s network.
Actively visit customers suppliers and generate business.
Develop a plan for building the business from scratch and implement it.
Keeping the business strategy updated with the market trend.
Meet business targets consistently
Promote and sell a variety of chemicals solvents and polymers to be used in different industries.
Candidates should visit industries on a daily basis
Capacity to handle key account relationships
Update the management with plans activity reports with monthly and annual analyses.
Monitor market growth and gather information about competitors pricing products new product etc.
Maintain good customer relationships.
Connect with customers and respond to their business queries in an effective manner.
Planning and execution of tasks assigned.
Operate sales pipeline and bring innovative ideas into commercial success.
Coordinate with Suppliers and Transporters based on the requirement.
