Job responsibilities of the consultant
Prepare functional as well as business level P&L of the company
Assist in preparing and reporting Annual Budget
Preparation of Actual vs Budget Walk Profit Walk Forecast Reports etc.
Assist in developing standard matrix that can be used for Business inputs as well as showcasing and measuring performance standards
Understand and implement various analytical models that continually help in better understanding of the data and provide the business with deeper insights
Enables effective understanding and reporting of key business drivers such as yield cost product mix etc. and coordinate related activities
Provide all aspects of financial support for the planning process
Drives process improvements and projects as identified
Collecting information and evidence for decision making of management
Periodic management reporting updating reporting decks & management reviews as required
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field. Advanced degree (e.g. MBA CFA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (X years) in financial planning and analysis consulting or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario analysis and data interpretation.
- Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial management software (e.g. SAP Oracle Hyperion).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and concise insights for nonfinancial stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand the broader strategic objectives of the organization or clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within crossfunctional teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.

You Are A Good Fit If This Sounds Like You: Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation. Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems. Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally. Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels. Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative. Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues Kindly note that we are working in a Hybrid Mode with base location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, this is not a remote role.
