Job Description

You are responsible to gather, analyze and formalize user s business requirements and processes, evaluate the feasibility of implementation and manage the scope of projects. You will also help to manage and implement quality IT projects that are within the scope and ensure timely deliverables that conform to processes and standards.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

Communicate with system owners, business users and project stakeholders to understand user requirements and business objectives.

Coordinate and manage project schedules with development teams and business stakeholders.

Document user requirement specifications including Data Workflows, Mockup UI, Use Cases, Database Schema Design, etc.

To support the team at each step of the project lifecycle - user requirement gathering, feasibility studies, system design and development, testing and implementation, post-implementation support and maintenance.

Conduct presentations and system demonstrations to potential clients.

Recruit, train & coach employees on improving their IT, business & interpersonal skills

Requirements

Degree in Business IT, Computing Science, Engineering or equivalent.

At least 6 years of experience as a business analyst or working experience in a bank or financial institution, preferably with experience in managing cross-functional projects.

Sound experience in multiple full Software Development Life Cycles. Good understanding of Agile and waterfall methodologies.

Domain knowledge in financial instrument broking such as Securities, Bonds, Derivatives, Mutual Fund & CFD is highly preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and report writing skills.

Strong project/requirements management skills and experience in business process mapping.

Excellent communication skills, fluent in English both oral and written.

A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL Programming such as MSSQL/MySQL.

Technical knowledge of front-end, back-end and multiple systems integrations.

Has prior experience in leading and managing a team of IT professionals in multiple countries.
